D3 Levelz collaborated with Medallion to create artistic spaces.
These pictures are of a house that was remodelled by Danielle Dawn in association with Medallion. The family that stayed in this house loved to host large gatherings for family and friends. However, a wall separated the kitchen from the rest of the house thereby making the house seem smaller and also making the family feel constricted especially with guests in the house. This issue was sorted by eliminating the wall thus making the hall appear bigger.
To add more workspace in the kitchen, an island was added. In order to cater to the family’s need for increased storage, the efficiency of the existing space was maximized. A bar fridge was placed in the island to store extra beverages for parties. Extra storage features were added in the cabinetry above the oven for baking sheets and muffin trays. A tray divider, a pot-and-pan storage, and a Super Susan further complemented their requirement of easy storage.
Brookhill raised panel doors in gingersnap finish and sea grass finish were used for the perimeter cabinets and island respectively. They complemented the walls that were in a shade called Seaside Memories by Para Paints. The 5” wide distressed hickory adds a lot of warmth to the area, perfect for a house that welcomes guests.
Danielle is often called “the people’s designer” because she designs for specific family requirements, instead of simply pushing the latest trends. She tries to understand the client’s lifestyle and preferences so that her designs complement the family dynamics and reflect their personal tastes.
